Refund Policy
Yarn
Yarn can only be returned on a case by case basis. All yarn that is returned is subjected to inspection before we can process the return and must include the following:
Yarn labels can not be damaged or missing
Yarn can not be used
Yarn can not be wound
Yarn must be free of debris, dirt, and bugs
Yarn must have been purchased within the last 30 days
Yarn from a trunk show can not be returned.
Yarn that is special ordered can not be returned.
Once a return is processed, please allow 7-14 business days to show up on your account.
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Needles & Hooks
Needles, Hooks, and accessories can be returned if they do not show signs of wear and are in their original packaging.
We do not replace broken items, or faulty parts.
Chicago Made Artists
We do not accept returns for our Chicago Made items.
Lessons
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a lesson, please email us. To receive a full refund, the lesson must be canceled 48 hours before the lesson start time. We cannot offer any refunds after that time.
Reschedule Policy
To reschedule a lesson, please email us. Lessons need to be rescheduled at least 48 hours before lesson start time, otherwise they will be considered canceled.
No Show Policy
We will not offer any refunds for missed lessons.
Workshops and Events
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, please cancel 72 hours before the workshop start time. We cannot offer any refunds after that time.
Make Up Class Policy
Any missed classes in a consecutive weekly workshop will need to be made up within one week of the missed class.
No Show Policy
We will not offer any refunds for missed workshops.
Virtual Workshops and Digital Patterns
We do not offer refunds on virtual workshops and/or digital patterns.
