Shipping & Pick Up Policy

Pick Up Orders

An email will be sent when your pick up order is ready. Once ready, orders are available for pick up during our open hours.

We only hold orders for 14 days from fulfillment. If the order is not picked up within 14 days, Firefly has the right to cancel the order. The order will be refunded, with a restocking fee of 15% of the order total.

Shipped Orders

Orders ship via USPS. We ship orders out in a timely manner each week. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as we receive it.

Medium - $10.00
Large - $12.00
X-large - $15.00

Lost or Stolen Packages

Firefly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to the mail carrier for information on your package.
