By placing an order on Firefly Fiber Art Studio's website, you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. At any time Firefly Fiber Arts Studio has the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched and refund any money due to the customer.

Firefly Fiber Arts Studio is not liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods. We will not be held responsible for any deliveries delayed due to postal delays or holidays. We will not be held responsible for any lost packages due to receiving the incorrect address or shipping company error.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit card account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the order cost. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit card details before accepting your Order. All prices advertised are subject to such change.
